Condenada a 10 años de prisión en mayo de 2025 por invadir los sistemas del Consejo Nacional de Justicia en asociación con el hacker Walter Delgatti. También condenada a 5 años por portación ilegal de arma de fuego. Huyó a Italia tras su condena, fue detenida en Roma en julio de 2025 y aguarda proceso de extradición. Su mandato fue revocado por la Cámara de Diputados en enero de 2025.
